On July 22, 2025, at about 10:00 AM in Damulog, Bukidnon, operatives of the Bukidnon Provincial Cyber Response Team arrested a 30-year-old woman, alias “Quinta,” pursuant to a warrant of arrest.

“Quinta” is facing charges for violation of Section 4(c)4 (Libel) of RA No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), with bail set at Php10,000.00.

Brigadier General Bernard R. Yang, Acting Director of the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, commended the team for the successful operation. He also emphasized, “The PNP ACG reminds everyone to use digital platforms responsibly and lawfully. Online libel is a criminal offense, and we will continue to hold offenders accountable under the law.”
