- Develop competent, motivated and values-oriented and discipline personnel.
Individual Training Program. Several programmed and uprogrammed courses were availed by ACG personnel to improve their competencies and inculcate the core values necessary in the performance of their duties.
Mandatory Courses. Part of career development, several personnel have successfully finished the mandatory courses: three (3) Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) for the Public Safety Officers Advance Course (PSOAC); and three (3) Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs) for the Public Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC).
As of this period, three (3) PCOs with the rank of PSINSP are undergoing the Public Safety Officers Advance Course (PSOAC) while one (1) PCO with the rank of PSUPT is currently taking the Public Safety Officers Executive Course (PSOSEC) held at the National Police College, Philippine Public Safety College, Silang, Cavite.
Specialized Training Program. Recognizing the value of having the precise skills and competencies for the right job, a total of 25 specialized trainings were attended by the personnel of this Group. Shown is the list of specialized traings attended:

Unit Training Program. Out of 135 PNP ACG personnel, one hundred eleven (111) have undergone the Introduction to Cybercrime Investigation Course (ICIC); 91 on Identification and Seizure of Digital Evidence (ISDE); 89 on Introduction to Digital Forensics and Investigation (IDFI); and 86 on Proactive Internet Investigation Course. Likewise, 67 personnel have already completed the four basic “foundation” courses designed for this Group and become a qualified “Cyber Cops”. For CY 2015, a total of four (4) unit training courses have successfully been completed for this year namely: Introduction to Cybercrime Investigation Course (ICIC); Identification and Seizure of Digital Evidence; Introduction to Digital Forensics and Investigation; and Proactive Internet Investigation.
