Today, November 9, 2022, PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group marks another milestone with the realization of a long-held dream of moving into a modern headquarters that is more conducive for work and more advantageous to the needs of both its personnel and clientele.

Since its activation in 2013, the PNP ACG has been occupying the former DIDM Detective School building located beside the CIDG Headquarters as its main office.

For the most part, the facilities were only improvised. This situation drove the past and present leadership to strive to have an office building that suits the growing needs of the PNP ACG’s administrative and operational functions.

In September 2019 ACG’s proposal through the secured, mobile, artificial intelligence-driven, real-time technology (S.M.A.R.T.) policing project gained traction and in August 2020, the blueprint was officially put into work.

This project is finally completed and is now officially turned over to PNP ACG by Chief, PNP, PGEN RODOLFO S. AZURIN, JR. in today’s ceremony.

“To be overwhelmed and thankful is an understatement. Allow me to extend the deepest gratitude of ACG to everyone who had a hand in making this dream a realization,” PBGEN JOEL B DORIA, Director ACG said.

This project is a testament to the universality of the Peace and Security Framework of the Chief, PNP, the Malasakit, Kaayusan, at Kapayapaan Tungo sa Kaunlaran.

Malasakit represents the collective will of the commanders of ACG, past, and present, to provide nothing less for its personnel and the people they serve;
Kaayusan represents providing a modern facility conducive to the needs and requirements of ACG personnel to facilitate the growing number of people they serve;

Kapayapaan represents the function of ACG in its mandate to conduct anti-terrorism online;

All of these are geared towards the ultimate goal of “Kaunlaran” in support of the government in upholding Public Order and Safety, Peace and Security.
